IdentityFirst Solutions Ltd. (“IdentityFirst,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and engage our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver our services.
- Contact information you provide when you email us (name, business name, email address, phone number where supplied).
- Engagement information relevant to a consulting or staff augmentation project (company details, scope requirements, roles, timelines).
- Website access logs collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance. These include IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics on this website.
2. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries you send us by email.
- To prepare statements of work, proposals, and engagement documentation.
- To deliver the services you engage us for.
- To invoice, receive payment, and maintain records required by Canadian tax and accounting law.
- To secure our website and prevent abuse.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only:
- With contractors and specialists we engage to deliver your project, under written confidentiality obligations.
- With our accountant, bookkeeper, legal counsel, and banking partners as necessary to run the business.
- Where required by law, court order, or valid regulatory request.
4. How we store and protect information
Information is stored on reputable, SOC 2 – audited infrastructure providers. Access is limited to Ysar Asli and the contractors actively engaged on your project. Strong authentication is required for every system that holds customer information.
5. How long we keep information
Enquiry emails that do not result in an engagement are retained for up to 24 months. Engagement records are retained for the period required by Canadian tax law (currently six years) and applicable professional obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information we are not required to retain. Send requests to contact@identityfirstsolutions.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
We are based in Quebec, Canada. When you engage us, your information may be processed in Canada and in the United States (where some of our customers and contractors are located). Information is protected by contractual safeguards in both jurisdictions.
8. Children
Our services are B2B. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
